ANTONIO, THE CITIZEN OF THE WORLD

The key questions about the secrets of the youth exchange. Let us introduce the brain, the organizer.

Antonio Martis is a very experienced participant of several training courses and youth exchanges all around Europe. Talking about his past work this is not his first time organizing such an event. He started as a participant in a European Volunteer Service project held in Braga, Portugal. Thanks to this project his skills had developed a lot and in 2013 he became an organizer in association with Portuguese and Italian NGOs.

The project we are participating in is held by TDM200 Italy and TDM2000 Estonia. The main reason of being hosted in Tallinn is the great partnership between the two NGOs. Antonio and his NGO is always eager to make new connections and partnerships, as we can see for example with the Lithuanian partnership at this exchange.According to hardships of organizing such event Antonio claimed that the most difficult thing for him is mainly logistics, however he emphasises that every other issues could be difficult in a way, so that the best way to prepare to exchanges and project is working in a team.

This youth exchange is focusing on a really hot topic including fast development of media, brainwasher effects, fake news and lack of control on webpages. Antonio believes that providing the youngsters better media education leads us to a better, brighter future.
